The A&R Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Texas nonprofit entity dedicated to transforming creative passions into sustainable businesses, by providing independent musicians and creative arts businesses with tools, resources, and education on entrepreneurship.

At the A&R Foundation, we believe that artists are the cornerstone of the creative industry. Our goal is to ensure every creative has a fair opportunity to realize their entrepreneurial potential.
We envision Texas as home to one of the nation’s most stable creative ecosystems, built on the foundation of our most critical resource: the artist. We are committed to achieving this through our core values of passion in what we do, transparency in how we do it, and putting our community at the core of it all.

The A&R Foundation was established in 2022 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting independent musicians and creative arts businesses in Texas. Our mission is to transform creative passions into sustainable businesses, by providing independent musicians and creative arts businesses access to tools, resources, entrepreneurial education, and opportunities to access capital.
The A&R Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors with expertise in creative business, public relations, finance, nonprofit management, fundraising, human resources, and entrepreneurship. The organization’s day-to-day operations are led by a seasoned executive team with a combined 50 years of experience working with artists across all levels of the creative industry.
